Inspired by Johann Grander's discoveries and vision, today his sons Hansi and Heribert Grander manage the traditional business as a modern and future-oriented company. It's based on the GRANDER Philosophy: down-to-earth, traditional, honest, open. Five of Johann Grander's eight children are employed at the company, which is a 100% family owned business, as is the case for the "copper plate" mine exhibit. As Johann Grander's successors, Hansi Grander and Heribert Grander possess the business know-how and are supported in business matters by their sisters Hanni, Heidi and Stephanie. Hansi Grander

Hansi Grander has led the fortune of the family business together with his father since 1989 and is responsible for the following areas: - Managing Director of GRANDER Water Revitalisation
- International Distribution
- Computer & System Management
- Company Security
Hansi Grander displays the same skills and talents as his father. He also runs the mine as well as the exhibition mine "Kupferplatte" on the company site in Jochberg. "My father Johann Grander laid down the foundation of our business about 30 years ago. Since then the GRANDER community has been growing daily and we are drawing our power for the future from that."

Heribert Grander

Heribert Grander has been active in the family business since 1991 and is responsible for the following areas: - Managing Director of GRANDER Water Revitalisation

- Production and Organisation

Hanni Grander has an extremely sensitive intuition for people and their needs and understands how to direct communication onto the right path. "Water is the main component and an essential resource for all organisms. In my years of service in the health sector, the effect of water on human well being was confirmed daily in new ways. That?s exactly why we see our main mission as providing revitalised water to humanity."

Stephanie Grander

Stephanie Filzer (nee Grander) has been working in the family business now since 1990 and was the first apprentice of the company. Stephanie has 3 children and after her maternity leave began her work again in spring 2011. She support Hansi in all areas of management. "Our world is strongly influenced by hectic and material values. My father has always shown me openness and tolerance, and so I would like to my children to have a life in balance with nature."
