GRANDER at the "Fine Food Australia 2016"
Leading fair for gastronomy in Australia
The "Fine Food Australia" - well-known as the leading fair for gastronomy in Australia - presents new and innovative products from all over Australia as well as from more than 45 countries worldwide. The GRANDER® Water Revitalization is presented by Wayne Slack, the GRANDER® sales partner in Australia.
The annual show attracts over 1,000 exhibitors from Australia and around the globe to Sydney and Melbourne. In 2016 the Fine Food took place again in Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Center.
A series of exciting industry competitions, live demonstrations, exchange of experiences, seminars as well as panel discussions involving industry experts and executives provided a wealth of information about the products for the catering trade and the food service industry.
Jason Slack: "The GRANDER bakery was a very good event for the Fine Food Festival as well as for GRANDER. The GRANDER Baker's Journal including reports from international bakers and pastry chefs on their experiences with the GRANDER water revitalization was especially impressive, also to the Australian bakers.
The cooperation with "Advantage Austria/Foreign Trade Austria" has once again worked out very well. Many new contacts were gained at the fair and numerous contacts from the previous year were consolidated.
