The structure of water changes constantly, as the sun, moon and the entire cosmos communicate with and through the element water. But also artificially created vibrations have an effect on water, for example through heavy current lines, satellites and broadcast stations. The complex inner structure of water is mainly responsible for its characteristics and therefore a decisive quality feature for the composition of water. In this way two chemically identical waters can have different physical and biological characteristics. That means that the one water with the living organism behaves differently from the other water although both prove to have the exact same contents. Johannes Larch, departement manager of research and development: "This means that the water in a living organism may behave differently to another, even though both have exactly the same constituents. In the official assessments of drinking water the structure is not considered, even though it represents an essential feature of quality. This is mainly due to the fact that at present water structure cannot be measured satisfactorily."
