Customer and User Voices on the EFFECTS OF GRANDER WATER REVITALIZATION – Part 6: Overall Experience
Results of the GRANDER customer survey 2019/2020
Satisfied customers are truly important to GRANDER®. To assess customer satisfaction and identify potential for improvement, a customer survey was conducted in Austria and Germany in late 2019. In addition to seven specific topics, the survey included questions on customers’ overall experience with GRANDER®, the results of which will be presented in the following.
Participants were canvassed on the following topics:
- Vitality and individual perception
- Cooking and chores
- Garden and crops
- Swimming pools and ponds
- Heating and systems protection
- Overall experience with GRANDER
- Recommending GRANDER and GRANDER consultants to others
How satisfied with GRANDER are customers overall?
Customer voices provide important input to GRANDER with regard to our product range and quality as well as the services we supply. The positive feedback by a large number of survey participants is a confirmation for GRANDER that water revitalization is very well received.
- 62.27% of respondents gave their overall experience with GRANDER a rating of 5 out of 5 points, indicating that they are “very satisfied.”
- 25.28% gave GRANDER 4 out of 5 points, thus expressing that they are “satisfied.”
- This means that 87.55% of our customers have had a (very) positive overall experience with GRANDER.
- Furthermore, we were happy to find out that less than 2% are not satisfied.
