For about 111 years the Bakery Schwyter has been part of the city of St. Gallen.  At the main bakery shop in the Neugasse, in the middle of the Old Town and surrounded by around 14 other businesses in St. Gallen the Bakery Schwyter AG offers its customers a large selection of breads, small, sweet baked goods as well as a wide range of snacks and sandwiches.  The hand-made St. Galler Buerli specialty is an absolute must for every visitor.

Since moving to their newly built bakery shop in the east of St. Gallen, all Schwyter baked goods are made exclusively using GRANDER water.
