Water, apart from flour, is an important ingredient influencing the quality of all baked goods. After extensive tests, Mann was one of the very first Austrian food manufacturers to choose GRANDER water revitalisation. The process, developed by the Tyrolean Johann Grander, revitalizes the water. That means, it gives water back its lively characteristics through the improvement of the water structure and thus, has a positive effect on the baked goods and their production.
