The installation of GRANDER® water revitalisation at the Kaiserbad Ellmau in 1996 was a true pioneering step. There were no previous experiences to draw on. Life guard Huber Kaufmann was one of the first to promote it. The reactions came promptly: bathing guests and also employees noticed immediately that their bathing suits didn't smell so much like chlorine.
First of all such experiences were gathered, that are like a red thread running through all the user reports today, which mention benefits such as: better skin tolerability, less irritable for the eyes, an improved water quality and feeling of well-being.
The Ellmau Kaiserbad also has an extensive bathing landscape, that everybody looks for. This makes it a well-frequented public magnet. And every drop of water in the swimming pool is revitalized. Most swimming pools in the surrounding area have followed Ellmau's example. Now the swimming pools in St. Johann, the Bichlbad in Oberndorf in the Tyrol, as well as in Jochberg and the bathing lake in Kirchberg and Niederndorf near Kufstein are all revitalized successfully by GRANDER.
