Edmund E. Mayr - curator and chief instructor at the Coffee Competency Center & Coffee Museum in Vienna shows the results of his "water experiment" in connection with coffee.
The coffee expert did experiments using GRANDER® revitalized water and non-revitalized tap water in his efforts to find the perfect water for the perfect coffee preparation. His results show that:
- test persons clearly identified the revitalized GRANDER® water
- GRANDER® water has a better taste
- with the revitalized water there were no sediments, which is important for the taste of the coffee
