Hotel & Gastro formation Weggis - We strengthen the working world through future-oriented career training!

The purpose of Hotel & Gastro formation and its canton and regional associations is to coordinate and support the gastronomy career training from a social partnership perspective.  The history of Hotel & Gastro formation has been shaped to a large extent through the involvement of students in the areas of hotel management, gastronomy and tourism. Hotel & Gastro formation passionately promotes the high quality of training within the gastronomy industry as well as for guests who choose to stay at any accomodation in Switzerland.

In 2014 and 2015 GRANDER water revitalisation technology was installed in the heating system as well as in the drinking water.  In addition, GRANDER drinking fountains were set up for visitors, students and employees.  In this way, the drinking water dispensers could be replaced through natural GRANDER water.

The improved water quality facilitates easy cleaning of the limestone deposits and decreases the amount of cleaning detergents as well as the amount of work.
