Pasta and vegetables stay fresh longer through GRANDER

The Emsblick Hotel wants to appeal to people who are looking for nature and relaxation.  Owner Michael Kassens says, "I would like to offer my guests the possibility to completely relax and re-energize themselves."  GRANDER® water has been used to cook with since 2011 and the guests of Carsten Hackmann, chef at Emsblick, are thrilled.

Chef Carsten Hackmann comments:

"Before we installed GRANDER water revitalisation, we ordered the GRANDER revitalizing pens and we did some tests with them.  The taste of the lemon water and teas was improved through GRANDER.  Since cooking with revitalized water I've noticed that the pastas and vegetables stay fresh longer.  Once I prepared pasta with GRANDER water and left it in the refridgerator for one week, and it was as fresh as day one.  Normally pasta only stays good for 3 - 4 days when refridgerated."
